What does PulseLink actually do?
We're a done-for-you patient acquisition agency. We film bespoke content inside your clinic, run hyper-local ads to women in your postcode, then our UK-based concierge team calls every lead within 5 minutes, qualifies them on a 15–30 minute call, takes a deposit, and books them directly into your clinicians' diaries. You only see the patient when they walk in.
Why £10,000/month minimum?+
Because the Protocol depends on you having a proven clinic with capacity to scale. Below £10k/month you don't yet have product-market fit, working capital to invest in ads, or a team to absorb the volume. We'd be solving the wrong problem for you, and you'd lose money. We say no. That's the favour.
Why bespoke content instead of stock ads?+
Patients don't buy treatments from brands. They buy from people they trust. Generic ads with stock imagery cannot build trust. When a patient sees the actual clinician they'll see, in the actual clinic they'll walk into, repeatedly over weeks, a trust transfer occurs. By the time they enquire, the sale is essentially made. Templates cannot do this.
How is 'one clinic per postcode' enforced?+
It's written into your contract. The bespoke content we film is exclusive to your clinic and runs only in your postcode. If a competing clinic in your area books a discovery call before you do, we'll work with them instead. First conversation wins the territory.
How quickly will we see results?+

Do we have to take deposits?+
